GeoSurv, Inc. (dba/ TSC Surveying), established in 1995 has been providing comprehensive land surveying and mapping services throughout the State of Texas.
Since its inception, the preponderance of GeoSurvs surveying workload has been related to right of way surveying, design surveys, hydrographic surveys, topographic surveying, boundary surveying, construction surveying, subsurface utility locating, High Definition Surveying (HDS) and Forensic Surveying.

GeoSurv has performed professional land surveying on numerous projects for public, private, educational and institutional entities. The GeoSurv Team includes Registered Professional Land Surveyors (R.P.L.S.), field survey crews and technicians enabling us to provide adequate staffing and sound surveying consultation.

GeoSurv emphasizes quality control, timeliness, and cost efficiency in providing plans, field notes, maps, plats, deed descriptions, topographic surveys and other related services needed for various construction projects as well as modifications to existing surveys.

GeoSurv personnel have the experience in calculating and analyzing deeds and field data, utility research and mapping, writing metes and bounds descriptions, subdivision platting,retractions of boundaries, relocating and staking lot corners, topographic, engineering and construction surveys, R.O.W. determinations and GPS surveys such as Static, Fast Static, Virtual Real Surveying (VRS) and Real-Time Survey techniques.

GeoSurv's staff has extensive experience using the following software AutoCAD, MicroStation, ArcView, GEOPAK, CAICE, Carlson, Terramodel, Trimble and other related software to import data and create maps and documents to meet the clients needs.

GeoSurv field crews have extensive experience and expertise in surveying in different work environments, each crew has a fully equipped survey vehicle with ample supplies and safety equipment. In addition each crew is equipped with Panasonic Toughbooks  computers loaded with AutoCad, Microstation, Carlson, Word and Excel along with internet capabilities that allow the crew to perform as an extension of the office in the field. Other equipment available for the field crew to use to collect survey data are Trimble Robotic Total Stations, Receivers with VRS capabilities, digital levels and other standard survey equipment.

GeoSurv personnel are Red Cross certified in First Aid and CPR.

GeoSurv has an active Safety Program including drug testing and MVR review.

GeoSurv has a documented QA/QC Review Process, which is audited by the designated QA/QC Manager for compliance.

GeoSurv is able to meet the request of their clients and have the resources, and qualified personnel to meet project schedules.
