Some of his current and former boards of directorships include the American Leadership Forum, American Society of Civil Engineers, Asian American Engineers/Architects, Chinese American Lions Club, Chinese Professional Club, Greater Houston Partnership, Houston Area Urban League, National Society of Professional Engineers, Salvation Army, Texas Society of Professional Engineers, Texas Society of Professional Surveyors , Houston Minority Supplier Development Council, Professional Engineers in Private Practice, Houston Council of Engineering Companies and the United Way.

    David S. Kermany, P.E., is a partner and Operations Manager of GeoSurv, Inc. dba TSC Surveying and has more than 27 years of experience in municipal, residential, commercial and industrial projects. He is currently affiliated with American Society of Civil Engineers. He is currently a Registered Professional Engineer in Texas, Washington, New York, Nevada and Florida. His past experience was directing and managing, marketing in the civil engineering and construction of land development projects. Mr. Kermany is responsible for the Quality Control/Quality Assurance of all TSC projects as well as management of various land development assignments and management of Water/Wastewater design team.

    Daniel P. Coyer, R.P.L.S. is Vice-President of GeoSurv, Inc. dba TSC Surveying and has more than 30 years of diversified Surveying experience. Mr. Coyer is registered with Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor, and TxDOT precertified. He is affiliated with Texas Society of Professional Surveyors, National Institute of Certified Engineering Technicians, National Society of Professional Surveyors, International Right-of-Way Associates, Cinco Municipal Utility District No. 8 (Cinco MUD #8) – Board of Director, Vice President, Committee Member for The Cinco Ranch Water Conservation Committee for Cinco MUD Utility Districts. Mr. Coyer is responsible for managing all field crews and project activities for survey operations. Mr. Coyer has extensive project experience in boundary and topographic surveys, right-of-way definition and acquisition.
